I called Discovery today to update my banking details before they bill me on the 1st of the month, only to be told that they cant do that because its too late and I should have called on the 24th of January. Then I asked for the forms to be sent and they said the system went down just as they tried to do so. The lady that helped me then called me back to say that they referred it to their IT department, but will only get a response by Monday or Tuesday. Apparently no one in all of Discovery Healths offices can now access my account to send me an email, because "there is a problem with my profile" whatever that means. Its amazing how a large company can be so useless to perform one small task like send an email, and still tell me I should have done it sooner. Apparently it takes 7 days to process a small detail like a change of bank account details. Another complaint to add to my list against Discovery Health. Good times!
