CANCELLATION DELAY

I have been trying to cancel a Vodacom contract which has expired in December 2025: they phoned me to upgrade, I cancelled the upgrade and the number (within the 14 day period). The lady at Vodacom ONLY cancelled the upgrade that I did not want, and not the number too - they are still refusing to cancel the number and they cut me off on the phone - they also do not answer emails.
