I have wasted about 3 hours on phone today talking to different departments of Vodacom or to their sister company (Rewards).

# A sister company of Vodacom sold me an upgrade on my data contract without even mentioning that they are another company named Rewards. They did not mention a single time about their different entity.
(Wasted about 12-15 minutes)

# Then I decided to cancel the upgrade as I found a better deal on Vodacom site. And I call Vodacom 0n 111. After about 12-15 minutes of wait, came to know that I must call 0821958 for cancellation. (Wasted about 12-15 minutes)

# Then I called Vodacom Cancellation and I got transferred to Rewards (as the upgrade was sold to me by Rewards) (Wasted about 12-15 minutes again).

# Then I request the cancellation of upgrade to Rewards and got notified that it will take effect in 3-4 working days. Although upgrade was visible to All Entities in less than 2 hours. WOW.. (Wasted 12-15 minutes again)

# Then I called Vodacom cancellation again to cancel the complete contract and they can't cancel my contract because the upgrade is still active. (Wasted 12-15 minutes again). I must call them back after the upgrade has been cancellation.
