Over charge on Cancellation

See below the LARGE cancellation fee charged by Intec.
Everybody out there. Think Twice- This is what will happen if you choose not to continue with Intec.- my overcharge estimated at 11.000 - if I produce a Dr certificate R8000.

Your recent written request for a cancellation refers.
We have noted that you no longer wish to continue the contract agreement with INTEC College and where your formal request for the cancellation of the contract was reviewed.
It was determined that the reason (s) provided in your request for a cancellation is deemed insufficient for INTEC College to agree to a cancellation. However, should you wish to cancel your studies, INTEC College shall agree to a cancellation, provided that it will charge a fee of 80% of the cost of your course fee as a reasonable cancellation fee.
Kindly revert in writing should you wish to cancel your course.
