I am really disgusted with incompetent people working at vodacom, I got a cancellation quotation from your cancellation department on the 27th of May 2013 and paid in the amount for the cancellation the same day via internet banking. I faxed all the relevant documents to the number that was given on the quotation. I phoned the cancellation department the following day to confirm that thy did receive it and was told yes. The number in question was well cancelled and I ported it to Cell C the following day. I then phoned vodacom customer care to get my bill and was surprised to find out that the money that was paid in went towards my account instead of my cancellation. I immediately phoned the cancellation department and told them their mistake and they said they will rectify it. Its now 3weeks later and the problem is still not solved. I received my statements and invoices in the post for June 2013 and to my surprise I am still being billed for the contract that was cancelled under a new number that I don't even have a sim card for. I have been phoning your cancellation department and vodacom customer care for the last couple of days and still nothing is being done to sort out thei
