Cancellation attorney - delay in Bond registration

I, Laura N Zealand, am in the process of buying a property, 31 Bluecress Avenue, Bethelsdorp, PE from Mr & Mrs Munnick. Our docs was sent to Deeds office on 11 Apr 2013.Bond was only lodged for registration on the 22 April due to delay from the Cancellation Attorneys of Standard Bank. On 13 May I was notified that the Deeds office sent the paper work back to PE as the cancellation attorneys signed it incorrectly. Today (8 working days later) the agent confirmed that the sellers has not been notified by Standard Bank to re sign docs yet. We gave notice to vacate the property 2 months ago and if our land lord get new tenants then we will be without a place to stay. They should've marked our docs as PRIORITY as it is their mistake that is now causing a delay in the process. When documents are sent back to Deeds office then we will have to wait another 14 wordking days as they are also in a back log. Im disgusted in the service that Standard Bank is giving their clients. This is causing a great deal of discomfort. Friends of mine had the same problem with Standard Bank who signed their paper work incorrectly.
