Delay in cancellation of contract and delay in refund of account

Good day

My name is Rudo Samudzi, 0727177405, ID number 8507280957180. I would like to lay an official complaint against Vodacom for their poor service delivery to a very unhappy client!!! Once again I have been disappointed by Vodacom and considering leaving the network and not recommending it to other potential clients. On the 21st September 2023 I was offered a contract by number 0662691158 by RewadsCo on behalf of Vodacom for an HonourX 6 phone with monthly airtime. The contract was offered to me under false pretences by the consultant and when I was over billed in October 2023, I immediately called rewardsco and requested cancellation of the contract. An investigation was done and it was found that my complaint was valid and I was lied to by the consultant and RewardsCo agreed to cancel my contract and collect the device. I have been sent back and forth for the past 5 months and NO ONE was assistng me in cancelling the contract regardless of their promise to cancel it. The HonourX 6 phone was even collected in November 2023 and Vodacom confirmed that the device was returned to them. I am highly disappointed at the service of Vodacom and their staff and I have References and Names of Consultants from Vodacom and RewardsCo who I communicated with. The contract was only cancelled end of Jan 2024 but I was still paying for the device from Oct 2023. I have been asking for my refund but Vodacom has delayed by not responding and now they are still not paying me back. I am ready to take the legal route if I don't get my refund. This is such poor service!!
