I logged claim form my burst pipe with corporate sure in early December. I was informed to get my own plumber after asking them if it is not possible for them to dispatch there own plumber they informed I need to get it sorted on my side, I sent them the report for the claim and received no feedback in weeks, I then called them, constantly all the time, regarding my claim they would do no follow ups to check if I received the docs everything was in order, my claim is still not finalized and I believe we heading for the month number 3, after all this time that has passed I am still not being treated as priority by this organizations, I have also been informed that I will be charged an excess of R4000, for a R13000 claim, which they have broken it down to me but it is still an absurd amount, which I think they had to apply certain philosophies regarding the nature of my claim, I am disgusted regarding there service and the way I was treated, and my claim is still not settled, still no feedback still not treated as a priority.
