I reported a claim for damage on the right side of my bumper in 2012 (I think it was in July). Since the excess amount was extremey high, I did not go through with the claim and immediately updated my cover so that I would not have to pay excess for future claims. I budgeted to repair the damage out of my pocket in february 2013. It was in the unfortunate event that I had an incident and reported a claim in December 2012. The damage for this claim was on the opposite side of the vehicle, however Naeem from the claims department informed me that my claim seemed and could not be processed. I firstly found it offensive that I was accused of committing and secondly the damage was done to the opposite side of the previous claim and that is what I want to be fixed! I had to follow up constantly on the processing of my claim and it was still not resolved to my satisfaction. I am paying for a service that is not rendered to me and would like to cancel my insurance as this is pathetic! It is also Defirmation of Character that I was blatantly accused of committing! I did not plan to damage my ca
