OUTSURANCE's adds on TV say they will pay you if they can't beet your current insurence (car), I phoned them 4 times the past year, I used to be with them; the premiums are higher, co-payments are higher: " BUT SIR WE ARE CHEAPER THAN YOUR CURRENT COMPANY!!! " you as prospect for them will never see the money!!!
