Claim lodged on 20 March, no repsonse

Claim nr 121429608 refers. Lodged originally on 20 March. Alexia Muller lost the docs. Relodged on 11 April. Alexia Muller does not respond after NUMEROUS mails from myself and the broker. Eventually we are informed that this is "just a third party claim" of a "really insignificant amount" and it is thus not priority. NOT PRIORITY AFTER WAITING MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, just for a response??? Alexia will now lodge the claim and within 30 days the process will start. After this - no more feedback, even though I lodged a written request to the M&F helpdesk on 17 May - given yet another ref nr (MF-0000581513) and AGAIN no feedback. If M&F cannot even handle such a small claim, I have no idea how they even TRY to handle bigger ones and compete with other much more dynamic insurance companies. Believe me if I say that I will not think twice to refer people to Outsurance, Dial Direct, etc etc based on this absolute lack of feedback and service, and the manner in which my claim is written off as 'too small to be important'. How does M&F know what I own and earn??? I could be a very valuable client that they just lost even before they started to win me over...
