Complaint on how claim was dealt with

We had a geyser burst on 15/09/2013 we reported it on the same day Outsurance then sent a plumber to put off the geyser in the roof. On the Monday an assessor was sent and he assessed the damage. Since then we had to continuosly send a mail Wesley for a response. On Thursday we spoke to Wesley's Manager and were told that they were waiting for a quote from the cupboard people. The ceilings is still not replaced and the cupborad is still not sorted. The cupboard people have said that they did mail the quote and Outsurance says they have not received it. Surely if a person is assigned to a claim one must follow up and keep the client informed. I am disgusted in the way our claim is being handled and it has been a week and the only thing sorted is the geyser which was only completley sorted today. This is how one is treated as a client of Outsurance

My geyser burst, I called outsurance yesterday, know
