Complaint - Poor Service Received & Refund request

I bought a printer from Groupon in Oct 2012. The product was faulty & was replaced with another printer, but this time there was something wrong with the plug - it didn't fit into any of my adopters including a Universal Travel Adaptor. After getting no response from them, I requested a refund. They came to collect the printer on 1 Feb 2013. To date I have not received my money back.
Between 21 Nov 2012 & 17 April 2013, I sent a total of 9 emails and made 6 calls, but my query has still not been resolved. No one is taking ownership of my complaint; they ignored 90% of the emails I sent and I had to constantly follow-up with them. There was no foresight to manage my expectations which might have prevented some of the follow-ups. The most disappointing part is that at no point was I offered an apology. When I did raise my concerns, they became defensive and evasive. I also mentioned my concerns in their survey and of course did not receive a response.
I felt as though they treated me as 'just another whiney client'. Hopefully this will catch their attention, but I'm not holding my breath. If I don't receive my money by the end of this week, I will need to report them fo
