I have written several emails to your via your support@groupon. I have purchased, Pestop where the supplier only has an email address and does not repond to my several requests. Further 2 vouchers for Catherine Hair whose telephone number goes on to a message system and calls are never returned. A further one for Mister Clean, where I have been asked to pay R1100 on top of my voucher purchase. The email response I got was bookings can be made until date X . I even get emails asking me to rate your service even though my query remains unresolved. I am sick and tired of the numberous emails to you and yet you still send out adverts everyday of new offers. You will refund me for your suppliers lack of service and my money that you have earned interest on without me benefiting from the products. I will refer this to the consumer services ombuds.
Had enough! I will also continure to my attempt in finding an email address for your Executives local or international until this is resolved.
