False Promises

Infuriated with Abelanani (Coperate gifts). I sent them a quote and then called them to place an order, I was dealing with a lady named Summer, who at first seemed very professional, I placed the order on the 12/04/2013 and was told that I needed to pay a 50% and email them proof of payment so they could start working on my order, I made the payment and emailed them the proof of payment, Summer told me that my order would be ready on the 16/03/2013 at 5pm. Thus I sent my driver all the way from Lenasia to BefordGardens to fetch my order on his arrival I received a call from Summer saying that the order would not be ready at the time it was promised to me, becoz they had not received the 50% deposit although all was done. When I called Summer she told me my order would be ready on the 17/03/2013, I asked her if they accept cheques for the 50% of the invoice as I would be sending my driver, she assured me several times that yes they do accept cheque's. Today the 17th after being promised that I can sent a cheque my driver gets there and we are told we cannot get the order as they DO NOT accept cheques, so I had to make and EFT to their account and sent proof of payment. Messed around!!!
