5 Months, still no service

It has been 5 months now, and I've received so many excuses from Groupon, but still no refund for the nail kit or delivery. Every time I asked for feedback on the query, they said they will sent the query to logistics. I heard this a couple of times. In April they said they arranged with the courier company to collect the product in 4 days, they couldn't deliver the product I bought, because it was out of stock. I can't understand how anyone can sell a product and accept the money for something they don't have in stock. Nothing happened. After weeks where I didn't receive replies on my emails, they said that Groupon does not deal with this query and that I should contact the supplier, Calasca, directly to solve the problem. This is unacceptable, I didn't buy the product from Calasca, I bought it from Groupon. Didn't receive any response from Calasca. In May I received this response: "I brought the matter under the attention of our logistics Manager Elroy, he will arrange for urgent delivery of the nail kit."
Still nothing. I followed up again, and they told me again that they don't deal with this, I should contact Calasca. Still no response from Calasca. It is August now
