I bought a Wireless Range Extenders/Repeaters early July 2012

I have not satified with the product, in the sense that it looses it's setting constantly, to the effect that its needs to be reset/reprogrammed a few time sper week.

End Oct 2012 I requested that I'd like this product to be replaced/my money to be refunded, as per CPA.

Mid november I received a response that the product will be replaced. As I had not received the new product or communication to any problems by end Nov'12, I requested that I return the product for a full refund, and not get a replacement. This was agreed to and the product was collected.

I have not received any refund as yet, even after numerous emails & web-porrtal enquiries.
