Groupon fails to commit or produce - shocking

Groupon should be avoided at all costs. On 29 January they responded to a complaint I submitted on HelloPeter - simply by saying "see our email". The email said "thank you for writing a report". Eventually after MUCH frustration and calls at MY expense, I received a mail on 30 January to say my refund would reflect in my account with 3 to 5 working days. Needless to say - no refund! This after they have had my money since 23 November and have made absolutely no attempt to deliver or refund. They do not respond to emails and are absolutely useless. This is, as far as I am concerned. They are still advertising the product! No apology - no refund - just a very quick response on HelloPeter so they look good! But no answers! No explanation. And a promise to refund but still no money. I called again today and await a call from the refund department - best I don't hold my breath! Take my advice - do NOT purchase from Groupon. You may never see your goods and getting a refund appears impossible. I am taking this to a lawyer today
