Dishonest/Horrific Customer Service/No Feedback

Afternoon,

I'm so disgusted in the poor response I've been getting from Groupon and their "Customer Service" they are just purely dishonest and ripping people off.

I've spoken to Donay regarding my refund on the 22 February 2013 saying it would be refunded.
The 1 March 2013 after checking my accounts and still seeing no refund, I then did a follow up email and this was their response

Good day

Your request for a refund has been escalated to us.

Kindly advise if we can go ahead and credit your Groupon account with the total amount owing. You will be able to be used at any time, towards any future deals on our website?

My response was " No, like i've said on previous emails, refund it directly to my card as the payment came from there"

After my response only on the 14 March 2014 I receive an email from Groupon saying

"Thank you for contacting Groupon Customer Services Dept. Your request for a refund has been received.

Should your refund be processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail "

How pathetic they are.

Two months later and I am shocked to have learnt that my refund has still not been credited
