DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT OR REFUND

In September 2012 I ordered a product from Groupon that I did not receive. When I phoned to query, I was told that the product was out of stock. I was told that a refund will be issued. I received no refund. When asked for proof of payment a credit note was sent through. It has been more a year and countless telephone calls and emails. I still get the run-around. No money has been paid back to me and I have been asked to send through all my bank statements to proof that I have not received any refund. I sent that through in April 2013. I have yet to receive a response. Every time I phone I am referred to somebody else and Groupon promises to resolve the matter or get back to me as soon as possible. I have all but given up on resolving this matter. The amount may not be staggering but for me R 449.00 is a lot of money for nothing. Not to mention all the time and money spend on following up on this. The reference number given was (#721723)
