Groupon not refunded, complaint marked solved

I laid a complaint against a groupon vendor for making it impossible to redeem a groupon that I bought. I requested a refund of my groupon via email. After one week I had no response from groupon so I phoned the call centre. I was told that my complaint would be escalated. Almost 2 weeks later, still no response from groupon, so I put a complaint on their facebook wall. I was asked to provide my complaint reference which I did. A short while after this I received an email saying that my request for a refund was received, with the following text included: "Should your refund be processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail." SHOULD, not WHEN. Then, this morning, I received an email stating that my complaint has been marked as resolved and would I please rate their service. This complaint is NOT resolved!! I have not received any correspondence regarding payment of my refund. This query should still be open on the system! Along with the email I received about the refund I was warned not to reply as this would lead to re-opening the ticket and the refund would not be reviewed. This means I am helpless to do anything, and dependant on their "SHOULD". UNACCEPTABLE!!!
