See below mail: When I follow up as it has not been delivered (ordered and paid for on 24 December), I get told that I don't "exist" hence no order and they "can't find me in their system" now they say that a refund request has been "noted". It took 18 minutes yesterday to get through via phone and ALL my emails go unanswered. Surely in this day and age suppliers know better than to provide this level of service. Has Groupon not heard of the consumer protection act? That is where I have now lodged a complaint. Amazing how I cannot be found, yet the money is LOOOONG gone from my account!
