I purchased a camera thru GROUPON. Paid for it via my Credit Card. Cancelled the order almost immediately for a good reason. Nearly a month later I cannot get my monies out of them. Each telephone call I make to 021 2017100, I am told the problem has been "elevated" (sic). Or the Supervisors are in a meeting... I can't even "elevate" it myself (sic). Claiming Interest on my monies is not acceptable, nor legal. Their "not satisfied" site on the internet does not work. Nor does their Head Office number 021 4181732. (Conveniently?) What is the "authenticity" of this internet purchasing company I would like to know?
