I purchased a Groupon voucher on the 30th of October 2013, after many calls and hundreds of emails, i did not get my voucher and Groupon does not refund me. It has been more than a month with me spending so much airtime and internet just to receive my money back as Groupon told me they had a Global system problem and did not capture my payment which has been paid the very same day, that it has been advertised, to date, more than a month later with loads of emails (have all the proof) and calls... I am just not receiving my monies which has been paid back. All this due to a problem which they have experienced. I would advise each and evryone to not make the mistake to purchase anything on Groupon!!! You will pay for something which you will not receive, spend double the amount of money on internet emails and phone calls. It is not worth it!!! Thank you
