No refund after cancellation of orde

My Groupon ref number is #94476
I cancelled my order with Groupon within Groupon's stipulated 7 day rule on the 11/11/2013. Groupon promised in writing to refund me. It has been almost a month now since I cancelled my order and still no refund. It is very difficult to contact Groupon via telephone or e-mail. Groupon's automated call centre functionality is so confusing that you need to be a brain surgeon to navigate the options. I believe that Groupon has done this deliberately, as not to attend to customer's complaints timousely.
My purchase was for R6000 thus Groupon has gained interest on the moneys held for almost a month, not to mention the other thousands of rands not refunded on time by Groupon to other customers. Who is gaining from the interest collected on these outstanding refunds? Surely SARS should be asking some questions about this unlawful income derived by Groupon?

My advise to all consumers is to not buy via Groupon. Besides a zero rating for customer care their deals are not worth the trouble. Also often the product is cheaper at a store were you can also get face to face back up service and an immediate refund with no hassles. eg Game, Makro etc etc
