Take Money but do not DELIVER!

I would like to bring to Groupon's attention the fact that I purchased something on the 23 Dec 2012 - on the marketing it stated that it would take UP TO 4 weeks for delivery. It has now been 8 weeks. I emailed support twice last week (14.02 & 12.02) alone to be told they would come back to me once they have confirmed with the supplier on delivery. That was the response i got TWICE last week. Still as of today I do not have confirmation of when my item will be delivered. The terms of this agreement of sale are not met and since you have not even responded as to WHEN my items will NOW be delivered, it is plain and simple. You have taken my money and not delivered goods promised that were supposed to reach me at least 4 weeks ago!
