STILL NOTHING POSITIVE

Have still not received my refund since 10/01/2013; we are going on to nearly a month since this all started. I received the below response from Chi-Chi at Groupon on 01/02/2013 - still no money in my account. Can we claim interest on monies outstanding for so long? Previous response stated 3 - 5 working days? Still nothing. What does one have to do in order to get their money back? Groupon cannot keep to their promises, and it's just not right to keep a customers money.

I have checked for your refund and it seems that the incorrect branch code was used when processing your EFT thus the EFT was not completed.
However, I will have this processed.
