Groupon Tags me along, no refund

For over a month and a half, i have been trying to Groupon to reimburse me for a service groupon I purchased. The company no longer exists or never did but I could not get hold of them.
Everytime i called groupon about the refund, I spent about R30 in airtime and they kept telling that it would be done, yes they understood, refund credit card, not give groupon credit. Everytime I received Groupon Credit.
I explained that I would be immigrating very soon. They kept stuffing it up.
That credit card is now closed and they still have not bothered. That makes you guys. You 300 and something rand from me!!!
I don't know what's worse... admitting you did it or that your staff are really that incompetent
