Over 3 Weeks and still no Payment from groupon

I Purchased a Pink 100W Electric Scooter from Groupon and a week before Christmas it still had no arrived so i called Groupon and the Representative said that it should be arriving shortly in 2 or 3 days time, so i got the number for the courier company and gave them a call the following day they then told me that the order was cancelled by me and i was shocked as i didn't cancel anything. I then proceeded to call Groupon and asked the representative (Groupon Ref: 130903) what was going on and she said that the order was cancelled by Groupon due to Inferior quality which is a good thing however i had to call to find out what was going on not the other way round (me being the customer) and 4 days before Christmas, what if i didn't call my daughter would not have gotten a different present at all!
And now to make it worse i have not been paid back at all in 3 weeks when i was told it would take 5 - 7 days to get my money back.back. I have sent all documentation that was asked of me and still nothing.i will never use Groupon again and will spread the word of the service and lack of communication given to a paying customer Groupon code: 0010230GWS Security code: 5B9816C4CE
