4 months and still NO DELIVERY!!!

I placed a complaint on Hello Peter 2 weeks ago and received a response from Groupon SA that I will be contacted after the matter is investigated. Since then I have receive NO CORRESPONDENCE from them even after I sent a reminder email to Shouneez Williams on 6 February. This is unacceptable!!! Online buying as we simply cant do much to take action against companies such as Groupon SA.
