I WANT MY REFUND IN RANDS NOT GROUPON CREDITS!!!

Good day,

I have an issue with your call centre, as I called in last week Tuesday the 28th of January 2014 and requested for my refund to be processed as rand and not as groupon credit.
I was given the go ahead and was told that R499.00 will reflect in my bank account in 3 days.

No refund paid to me as yet and when I call and enquire I am told that R180 or so has been paid to my bank account and the balance paid to me as groupon credits.

This is not what I asked for!!!

I specifically asked for a full rand refund as I have had instances where I asked for refunds and took credits which I eventually purchased junk and then asked for further refunds.

I asked for rand now as I am tired of leaving my money in Groupon credits as this does not generate any interest while being there.

I hereby demand that my refund be processed asap and that I be compensated credit interest for the number of days in which my money was left to not bear any interest as you guys held back on it.

To add to the frustration, the utterly rude call centre agent insists that the R180 is in my account cause they paid it, however there has been no payment from groupon reflecting.
