Groupon a rip off

I purchased a Groupon Voucher for my sons birthday a 4 hour Limo service from ROYAL LIMOUSINE SERVICE, in the small print a "REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT" R200 must be paid and nothing else in respect to monies to be paid, on the evening of the event a "GRATUITY" of 10% R515 of the Voucher value and not what we paid needed to be paid to the driver before he would take them in the limo, they were 20min longer than what they should have been a further R400. an additional R1115 needed to be paid before the trip, What a rip off no comments from Groupon or ROYAL LIMOUSINE.
