Refunds done incorrectly

I have cancelled two groupon on specials and still waiting for my refunds. They send proof of payment but monies have never reached my accounts. Firstly when I clearly stipulated that I want refund to my credit card, but rather the agents choice to load it as a credit to groupon. This is totally unacceptable and all the agents that I have spoken to just pass the buck and escalate. No ownership from the agent at all. Below is a list of agents I have spoken to Raen, Waseema, Lindo, Michael, Nasrudeen, Lunga, Shameez and Lindo. This has been going on since 5th April to date. Until I get my money, I refuse to purchase any groupon on voucher. I have family and friends that are struggling with the same problem with groupon. Which shows groupon are and your monies.
