Hi have used Groupon 3 times now.
The first time there was a problem with the service partner not delivering, so I contacted Groupon and within 24 hours i was refunded monies paid:) I used them again to buy vouchers for Robson Breweries - first as a gift for somebody else - who enjoyed the tour and beer chasing so much so that I myself got a voucher for my partner and myself - we also had a most enjoyable time and had absolutely no problem redeeming the vouchers.
So well done Groupon!
