BAD SERVICE FROM ALL YOUR AGENTS

I purchased a grouon voucher for X3 umbrellas for R1499 each on the 27.11.2013. On the 3.12.2013 i send an email to confirm my purchase and advise that it I mistakenly missed the last 2 letters of my ref number from one of the orders. the agent who handled my query advised that my entire purchase was unsuccessful. I requested a refund and provided with my Bank details. to date i've been calling, going back and forth with your agents requesting my refund for the 3 purchases.
The last agent I spoke to Rizqah Olivier advised that she will escalate to accounts and send me an email comfirming my refund. she said an email regarding refund for one of the umberellas, what about the other two purchases? I've never experienced such service!

please attend to this as a matter of urgency. This is totally unacceptable.
