I purchased a GROUPON voucher on their website on the 24th December 2013, EFT payment was made as per their terms of sale. Upon wanting to redeem the voucher, I was advised by one of their call centre consultants that payment then wasn't reflecting on their system, and therefore was asked for the proof of payment, of which I provided. I was promised that they would look into the matter and assist. Few days later I sent them an email querying the payment issue, there was no response. After several emails, I finally received a response from Rizqah Olivier. She seemed genuine and sympathetic about my issue. She then asked that I provide her with the reference for the purchase otherwise I would have to forward her the proof of payment along with my banking details in order for them to process the refund. I forwarded her proof of payment as well as my banking details, she then responded on the 3rd of January 2014 that a refund would be processed in the next 72 hours. I havent since had any further correspondence about my refund from Rizqah nor any other Groupon consultants. I am really fed up and discontent with the kind of service these guys have provided me thusfar...
