Refund request!!

I purchased a voucher with Groupon on the 14/12/12 and the voucher is usually send to one within 24-48hrs. I did not recieve my voucher & called the call centre to enquire on why their is a delay, I was informed by an agent that the deal was unsuccessful and I would be refunded my R2100. The agent requested that i send my bank details to their refund department of which i did almost immediately and confirmed that the payment will be received in about 24hrs time.i still havent received it to date, when i returned to work i again contacted the centre and was informed there is no log on my enquiry & the agent send another request for a refund. I waited a couple of days and called again as i still havent recieved my refund. The last agent I spoke to Calvin Pietersen he reassured me that he is sending another enquiry, that would make it the 3rd one & requested i resend my bank details to refund dept, i immediately send it and told him i was unhappy he said he would make follow up and get back to me before end of business which was last week Thurs if i am not wrong & to date I await his call & my refund. I gave him the SOS numbers that i was given but to date R2100 is sitting with Groupon
