I have been waiting for 3months for a refund

I had purchased a voucher for a spa treatment and failed to receive it during the period it was advised it should arrive. I then requested a refund in September 2013, which they where "happy" to do for me after an intense confrontation over the phone. I am still waiting on my refund, every time I call in, which was several times, in which I have spend over ample amount of airtime, non of their agents called me back after they advised me a call back, if the call gets cut. The service I have received was despicable and non of the agents seemed interested in assisting me. Every time I had called up the agents advised me they have not received any emails with my banking details and reference number. I have documented the times as to when I have sent the emails, all sent from one email. I will never recommend anyone to groupon and they should invest in a better email system and train their agents on people skills and how to convey relevant information regarding the issue. I am making one last call to groupon before I take legal action. I wish to be refunded and if they are interested in retaining their customers I would like compensation for inconvenience.
