I purchased a spa voucher on 26/04/2013.I tried contacting the spa to make a booking but couldnt get through, I spoke to Kara on the 30/04/2013 & she advised a refund would be requested. I spoke to Loyiso a copuple days later who advised me the refund had not been requested but he was going to send it through. I made it quite clear I would not be purchasing anything from groupon due to the bad experience I have had. On 6/05/2013, I recieved notification that the money had been refunded into my groupon account&I could use the credit to purchase another voucher. I contacted the call centre&advised them again, I want the money back in my account&the groupon account closed, the consultant spoke to the refund department who advised him this would be done within 5 - 7 working days. Today is day 8&I have had no correspondence from groupon. I called the call centre&they advised that the refund HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE but the refund department is on a conference&I need to wait until tomorrow for feedback, this is unacceptable&I am willing to take the matter further if need be& lay a charge of. For such a big, well known company, the service has been terrible.i expect the matter to be resolved today
