Hi, i have purchased a item on Groupon (5-in-1 Steam Mop) on the 11th December 2013. I haven't received the item i purchased. On the 23rd December i called Groupon to find out when will my item be delivered and i never got a positive answer as i received a ref no: Rizqah as i ask if there is no number for the reference, Rizqah said no use her name as reference. On the 21st January i called again and spoke to a Cara Styles at customer services and she said she will stay in contact with me. I received an email that same day from Cara with item's details, which i didn't reply. On the 25th January i received another email from Cara saying that she never heard from me and if i don't reply on the email she will take it that i received my item. Which i replied and said i didn't receive the item and they have to reply as soon as possible or i would like my money back. I haven't received anything again since the 25th January. Today 30 January i sent an email saying i would like my refund back.
