Bad service and awaiting refund for 84 days

Purchased tickets for the Kings and Queen Comedy for show on 28.04.13 on the 24.04.13, whilst purchasing the site came back with error of Bad gateway and processed my credit card, i called Group on and said my card has been processed and i have no ticket voucher and they advised that i should re-purchase and they will refund for first purchase. So i purchased tickets again and contacted them for Refund has they did not get back to earlier when i queried the refund. Cara who i spoke to sent a email writing that the refund deprtment has processed the refund and that it would take 7 working days. Sent another email on the 08.05.13 to Cara inquiring about my refund which did not reflect as yet. Zulfa sent an email on the 22.05.13 now requesting proof of payment, so i got a statement from Nedbank stamped and everything, also showing the transaction reflecting twice on my statement, sent this reply on the 25.05.13. No reply since then. Now Group on has my money for a good 84days which they earned good interest on. I have tried many times to call their call centre and always got different people who all promised to resolve my matter, i only have the two names of people that emailed me.
