A monts ago i bought a 2 litre Coca-Cola at a well known supermarket. Well to my surprise the product was faulty as it made me sick and it had an unusual taste. I called the Coca-Cola consumer line on the 19 November complaining about the product. The consumer line operator told me to have the product in my hand so that i can give him certain information on the product. I called Coca-Cola on the 21st of November 2013 with the product at hand and gave the product information they needed on the bottle and my personal information. The operator told me they will be a representative of coca cola to come and take the product and take it for testing on the same day. I rushed home and no one from Coca-Cola has come to my house or called to say something about the faulty product and a month has passed going to the second month. I have wasted a lot of money and time but worst of all I am very much disappointed in the Coca-Cola brand.
