I sent a complaint about the bad quality of Huggies nappies, thinking it is my duty as a consumer to inform Huggies of all the problems I have experienced with their nappies so that they can hopefully use this information in improving the nappies. They then collected 5 nappies from me to "test" the nappies. I was told that they would replace the 2 large bags of nappies by sending me vouchers. I have not heard from them again in 2 weeks.
