We ordered signs worth R32000 from Magnified Designs on 18/09/2013 and were told that we should pay a deposit of R16000 and that the order will be ready in 3 to 5 working days. We have this in writing. When I phoned them today to find out when the signs will be delivered I was told that they haven't even started with the order yet. The only person who seems to be in charge, Faith, refuses to take our calls.
