I would like to express mine and my kids disappointment with your servisces at the Spa. As a highly rated facility I was expecting high quality service. All of my kids nails were smudged when I came to collect them. For the reason I was told they were told to sit still for their nails to dry but they were playing. I felt that was apalling how can you ask little girls to sit still after a session honestly. I do my nails every two weeks at a nail palour but by the time I move out of my chair my nails are dry. How come my kids nails were not dry when they finished their session? that I don't understand. Even at night when they were taking off their shoes the socks were stuck on their nails what was that? I have never seen that.
Nowadays there are drying fans, drying agents, as an advise please use that on kids manicures rather.
