I enrolled in June at Damelin Middelburg, for my Senior Certificate. Mark (Owner), phoned me and told me he is waiting for my EFT as he was on his way to the Dept of Education to register all the students for the November 2012 exams. I have paid R17 000 cash. I didn't receive proper tutoring, classes sometimes didn't take place. I didn't receive some of the books for some of the classes I did attend. My friend has made contact with a lady at Damelin Headquarter and i then received the correct books. As time was drawing nearer to the end of the year, I kept on enquiring from Mark when we will be writing pre- and final exams and he kept on making empty promises as to when he will come back to me. I went to the campus so many times, always to empty promises. Eventually I was told the pre-exam (record) exam was already written and nobody has notified me. They let me write 3 subjects and then told me that the final exams were postponed to February 2013 and then it all started again, postponed to May, but officials at Dept of Education cannot find my registration on their system, and also, I am supposedly writing an old curriculum exam but have new subjects! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
