My hubsand booked a flight from JHB to Lagos for April 10, he had to change the dates. He knew there will be costs involved for changing the flights. Now, just to get quote for the extra charge took 5 days. We have been calling SAA for 5 days and told that they need a quote from another dept. Only today I was given the quote. I had to complete a authentification form, which I did then call them again. When call them again I speak to a different person and I have to keep repeating my story. She hangs up my call before we are done. I then had to call again and hold on while they check if they have received the forms. As I write this I have been on hold for 18 min because she is checking if they have the forms. I am very dissapointed with the service SAA gives, we are paying customers we shouldn't be holding on for so long, IT IS COSTLY, in this day and time there is technology, we can go online to amend.By the way we couldnt amend online because we have paid for the ticket already. This is ridiculous I had to hang up because this agent has been gone for so long. I would never ever ever use SAA never ridiculous service
