Closed call centre means the customer ove

I originally had a return flight booked on Kulula to return to Lanseria this morning on the 6 am flight. Last night, I decided to extend my trip. Ofcourse the call centre was closed by this time, so I tried to change flights online. It said to call the call centre. So, I proceeded to book another ticket and call the call centre first thing in the morning to see what could be done.
I understand that there would be some penalty for changing a flight.
When I call the call centre, they say that if the call centre is closed I must proceed to the airport to change the flight and because I did not do this, I forfeit the ticket.
RIDICULOUS!!!
You have flights running at 6am, why is there no call centre available at that time?
There is nowhere on the website where it is clearly stated that I need to proceed to the airport, even when it said that I needed to call the call centre.
So basically, you have now profited twice of the same person?
For a system which is flawed with clauses which are hidden?
This is not the first time that I have had issues with Kulula and everytime I give you the benefit of the doubt and fly with you.
This will definitely be the last!
