Visited family in Durban bought gifts and souvenirs to bring back to my family here in the U.S. But oh no, unpacking my suitcases I realized that items are missing. Wow, guess the Baggage Employees at SAA were very hungry because they ate my chocolates & cookies and other goodies, I was bringing back for my kids. Seems as though they went shopping in my suitcase for my little souvenirs that I was bringing back home. My IPOD & and Headphones were taken as well. So roughly $500 U.S. dollars worth of items was taken.
Service on plane was well but finding my items really just put a bad taste in my mouth.
I will not be using or referring anyone to this airline again, have been using SAA for 22 years.
Do something about your Employee thefts its going to hamper your business in future.
