Very poor service - unable to give me a quote

I was booked for a Gastroscopy today for which I have now been but the concerning thing is I have no idea how much of it Discovery will pay. From the information given to me by the call centre it seems to be only R477 of an amount of over R3600!! I therefore phoned my Dr on Monday and they advised me to send through a quote to you. I emailed the quote to you on Monday as I thought this would be a reasonable request to have processed in a day or two. Not one agent cared to inform me from my initial call and email on Monday that this is in fact a long process taking 7 days. I have phoned and emailed you every day since Mon to no avail. was emailed Pre-Assessment request form on Tues which I sent back completed immediately. had to read for myself on the form the quote takes 7 days but there is a line saying to contact you to speed it up if procedure is sooner. I did so and got an unhelpful agent who said he can do nothing. Phoned back later and got someone else to assist.By Fri afternoon no quote, complained. only to then be informed when too late that Dr filled quote in wrong and everyone that can assist has gone home. was promised anyway to be called this morning at 9 am. no call
